Refunds will only be given for transactions that have happened within 30 days of the claim, and only be granted for unathorized changes in witch case the payment method from were the charges came will be blocked from being use in our system
Other than the exemption all sales are final
Refunds may take a few days to process due to bank procedures but will be dispatched from the system at the time of granting the refund.
All other services have a final sale policy however it is a hardware issue the hardware can be remplace as long as it is with in the limited warranty period, the limited warranty doesn't cover water damage, device has been burn by a fire, or if the device has been modified.
